Payment should be made before any order gets started.
FORMATS
Files will be sent and should be received in the following formats: PNG, PDF, MP4 and JPG.
TURNAROUND TIME
All services are required a period for completion and are completed in the order received unless it is a rush order. Rush orders are subject to a fee. Although we pride ourselves for speedy delivery of our branding content and most design aspects can be completed within 72 hours, we do have periods in place during our rush. They are as follows:
• Individual services are required a 3-5 business day period.
• Website Design is required a 7-15 business day period.
• Package deals are required 10 to 20 business day period.
REVISIONS
After services are completed, please thoroughly look over the service's contents to verify any changes or adjustments you would like to have. We aim to provide each business the appropriate time to effectively complete their design. The design process will start with a draft. Based on if any changes need to be done or not to the draft, depends on if a revision needs to be completed. All designs are allowed up to 3 rounds of edits. Be sure to list any and all changes you would like to make in a draft, when and if time permits. Anything above 3 revisions will be subject to a $30 per revision fee. Individual services, other than site design, will not accept adjustments past business day 5 of stated completion. Website design will not accept adjustments past business day 10 of stated completion.
FINAL PRODUCT
Once the final product is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end. Please ensure that you are satisfied with everything when you approve the final design. If there is an error our part (spelling, etc.), it will be fixed free of charge. However, changes such as colors, font etc. after final approval will be subject to a $30 revision fee.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS OF SERVICE
Once final design has been submitted to client, client has free will to do what they like with their product. They must, however, under no circumstances sell the graphics to a third-party. Client does not have to display our brand name when posting the work completed, but Client may not seek to mislead others that the work was created by anyone other than B.A.D101.Draft files and samples of designs are property of B.A.D101 and shall not be used in any way or posted on any online platform.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations can be done at any time, however, if partial work has already been done (draft), or prior payments made and the client and the chooses to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. Ownership of all artworks, layouts, and development will remain the property of Branding and Designs 101 and remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
There will be a period of seven (7) days where the client will be contacted and reminded of pending designs and payment, after which the order will be terminated. Please keep in mind we work with many brands, so response on a service in a timely manner is a must, especially if the service you requested is a rush order.
**This agreement can also be terminated by B.A.D101 for the following reasons:
1. Rudeness is not tolerated nor prohibited and will not be allowed with any of our team.
2. Rejection of several designs without giving effective suggestions/criticism or providing an uncertain response.
3. Request of services that were not in the original agreement without the adjusted payment.
REFUNDS​
Deposits and payments are 100% Non-Refundable.

All services are tailored and customized to meet each client's unique brand and design requirements. Due to the bespoke nature and significant time investment involved, we do not offer returns or refunds.
In the event that any printed material does not conform to the approved final draft, we are committed to addressing the issue promptly. To request a replacement, please notify us within 10 business days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
To facilitate the replacement process, please provide a clear picture and/or video of the defective print and email it to us at info@getbad101.
